I believe that in every human interaction or challenge, two worlds co-exist—the serious and the playful, the complex and the simple, the obvious and the hidden. Through compassionate curiosity, we create space for both worlds to be seen and experienced together, enabling the development of team cultures that foster meaningful collaboration and drive impactful results.

Growing from Healthy to High Performing Teams
facilitate ongoing team growth to help healthy teams to go from good to great
Most recently, she has facilitated applied theatre and games workshops for several diverse teams as part of 1-year transformation journeys I was running within a large financial services organisation. One of the characteristics of such work is that many of the patterns and dynamics that team members have to engage with are systemic, in that they originate outside of the team itself and are beyond the team’s direct control. Because of this, the systemic lens of Lurinda’s approach allowed team members and the leaders in particular, to clearly identify what was in their domain of control and how they could work with it constructively as part of the larger system. This is particularly challenging and nuanced work, requiring great sensitivity and Lurinda is gifted at it, exceeding her own high standards.
These workshops were designed to experientially enact and observe team dynamics in creative ways for deeper exploration and insight. Participants unanimously reported that these workshops were incredibly impactful, in no small measure due to Lurinda’s presence and style. Her deep knowledge of the underlying theory, her creativity, her energy and her enthusiasm created huge energy unlock for team members over a particularly difficult period in the organisation’s financial cycle as well as major ‘aha’ moments and realisations. She was always professional, built rapport and trust quickly, which established a very safe container to do the deeper work. One of the most powerful aspects of her work was helping people to laugh, to take themselves less seriously and hold things a little more lightly, to not be afraid to take risks and make mistakes in service of learning and growing and to engage collaboratively with one another.
I have learnt a great deal from working with Lurinda and would strongly endorse her work.
